Job Description:

Leidos Health Group has an opportunity for an experienced Operations Sr. Business Analyst capable of supporting the execution of a Department of Veterans Affairs program.

The candidate will support the Operations team by working closely between the Director of Operations and the Program Manager/Deputy Program Manager to ensure that metrics surrounding quality SLAs and quality improvement initiatives are accurately represented through the life of the program.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintaining reports covering the VBA POI Operations team including metrics surrounding claim volumes, time to close, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Works closely with the Quality Assurance team on performance improvement strategies, data to support initiatives, and overall program quality measures driving increased automation.
  • Would be in a contributor role for the Quality Management Plan and a reviewer for other deliverables such as the Automation Roadmap, Program Management Plan, etc.
  • Developing report content for quality SLAs by aggregating information from business systems (databases, portals, etc.).

Basic Qualifications

  • Database experience aggregating information from business systems in support of reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business area and 8 years of experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a background investigation for Public Trust.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active NACI background investigation and VBA PIV access.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $111,000.00 - $149,850.00
