What you’ll be doing...

As our Senior Network Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team and the success of our 5G Networks in the most exciting market of the New York Metropolitan area. You’ll manage large-scale projects and collaborate with teams to ensure team deliverables meet and exceed our goals. As a leader in the Real Estate organization you will motivate, coach and develop your team to maximize productivity, development, and drive employee performance.

  • Managing large-scale complex projects related to macros, site modifications, small cells, in-building, and Venue projects in key markets.
  • Managing the Property Management of wireless assets.
  • Understanding and monitoring RF solution deployment strategies and delivering on KPIs.
  • Strategizing and evaluating multiple variables to determine best course of action during high-level negotiations.
  • Partnering with Legal, General Counsel, and other entities to assess legal risks and provide oversight for contract languages on agreements.
  • Partnering with State and Government Affairs organizations to ensure Verizon is part of critical and strategic ordinance and jurisdictional discussions and decisions.
  • Managing key relationships of private landlords, tower owners, and third party integrators.
  • Managing the deployment performance of site acq vendors, A&E, tower owners and third party integrators.
  • Stayingcurrent with both internal and external Wireless Infrastructure and Site Development business trends, and trains the team on these developments.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Valid driver's license.

Even better if you have:

  • Wireless Real Estate experience in NY Metro and its surrounding suburbs.
  • Experience working on an external facing project requiring public speaking and contract negotiating.
  • Strong data analysis and vendor management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in influencing others
  • A Master's degree
  • Program management experience in a complex multi-project and multi-geography environment.
  • Experience negotiating large scale, high value contracts.
  • Legal experience.
  • Experience working with community organizations and developing advocacy strategies.
