What you’ll be doing...

Working closely with internal business groups, you’ll be part of an exciting internship program where you’ll work on meaningful projects that transform our real estate. What you learn will help you grow professionally and personally while making a positive impact on our organization.

• Collecting and analyzing data from internal and external real estate systems.

• Researching and benchmarking industry standards.

• Generating reports and creating presentations.

• Creating training materials and job aids for global real estate staff, portfolio and operations teams.

• Updating our internal real estate website.

• Assisting in project development, management, implementation and tracking.

You must be currently enrolled in a degree program and be in good academic standing to be considered

You’ll need to have:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Real Estate or a related major with an expected completion date between December 2022 and June 2024.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

• Experience with researching land, property agreements, client negotiations, and real estate development planning.

• Willingness to work in Basking Ridge, NJ.

Even better if you have:.

• Demonstrated project management and analytical thinking skills.

• Demonstrated strong verbal, written, communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with social media platforms.
