What you’ll be doing...

Front line first responder who is customer facing and responsible for managing daily real estate operations. You'll provide direct supervision of building mechanics and select strategic partners. You will work with Network reliability local managers, design and construction, and strategic partners to define scope of work for contractors. You will work with city officials and internal departments to ensure both repairs and projects are clearly defined/properly completed on time and within budget.

  • Providing direct supervision of building service technicians to include coaching and development of team members in a union environment while meeting/exceeding company goals, objectives, and metrics.
  • Managing multiple properties, including central office, administrative facilities, and garage work centers.
  • Enforcing accountability from direct reports as well as strategic partners/vendors.
  • Managing preventive maintenance programs to avoid equipment failures and reduce costs.
  • Tracking, managing, overseeing budgets, defining the scope of working and all capital/expense projects to ensure quality.
  • Interfacing with all contractors, government officials, and internal/external customers to ensure timely responses/productive relationships are maintained.
  • Ensuring standards for the Code of Conduct, ethics, training, and safety are met.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in operations and/or budget planning.
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • A valid Driver's License.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Experience managing Real Estate systems.
  • Familiarity with strategic partner relationships.
  • Knowledge of Vendor Management.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Supervisory experience in business continuity and disaster recovery.
