What you’ll be doing...

The Manager of Testing and Optimization will partner with marketing and campaign teams to build robust research and test designs that will yield critical insights and scalable results to drive improved campaign performance. This person will provide support and guidance on the appropriate test design, ensure test validity, communicate test results and help shape campaign insights for future implementation. They will support the Senior Manager of Testing and Insights in maintaining a centralized repository of research and campaign test results for sharing across the team and to ensure maximum efficiency. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, third-party providers, and other business functions to identify requirements, brief creative, and communicate operational requirements. They will also help to identify gaps, trends, and areas of opportunities for programs/tactics to focus on and improve internal campaign execution and customer experience.

  • Partner with campaign managers and agencies to ensure campaign insights are meaningful and are implemented in future efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for personalization and automation within campaigns, and provide support and guidance in the implementation of third-party technologies including Persado, LIveClicker, Intent HQ, Phrasee, and more.
  • Partner with the corporate research team as needed to identify existing research or design new research efforts to drive meaningful insights that will fuel positioning, messaging, creative, offer presentment, and tactics.
  • Provide regular cadence of campaign performance readouts and test results.
  • Maintain an insights and future testing tracker to ensure test results are utilized to drive ongoing performance improvement.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Two or more years in campaign management including integrated campaign design and optimization.
  • Experience in research and testing design.
  • Experience building measurable campaign test plans.

Even better if you have:

  • Qualitative and Quantitative research experience.
  • Experience working efficiently and meeting deadlines in a cross-functional, team-based environment.
  • Highly organized, project management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
  • demonstrable computer skills and aptitude for technology, including proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), database applications and proven analytical abilities.
