Job Description

Organon in Sweden is looking for a Territory Account Manager in the field of neurology. This role can be based in any location in the country.

In this exciting field-based role you will be responsible for promotional and strategic sales for differentiating a growth neurology product to drive depth of prescribing, as well as identifying where local market access requires optimising for the accelerated uptake in target clinical centres.

This is a key role to ensure we drive differentiation of our latest brand in our portfolio of medicines, with key clinicians and prescribers to further drive growth.

In this role you will work closely with the National Sales Manager and Marketing to align on business plans and investments in differentiation initiatives in areas of greatest need & business potential. Collaboration is key to success in this role as we all embrace the core values of Organon.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving direct interaction based, as well as digital marketing campaigns and effective partnerships working across channels, and countries with key components of Agile way of working within an international team and data-driven mindset to improve business results.
  • Ideation governance and tactical implementation of compliant campaigns with a keen focus on enabling synergies between markets, optimizing capabilities and good understanding of markets’ landscape, competitors and new digital trends and evolution.
  • Creating and assessing business cases, measuring the success of campaigns, and implementing measures for continuous optimization and promoting the switch to digitalization of processes in the marketing environment with the help of e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Project management within different marketing channels e.g., promotional email, social media, websites and partner online platforms.
  • You are constantly staying ahead of the latest marketing trends and technologies to guide long-term strategy, but always focused on execution of efficient campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Several years of professional pharmaceutical product management experience in concept development, implementation, and control of marketing and digital activities at a pharmaceutical company or agency.
  • Experience in effective management of product promotional budgets, as well as data driven project management of marketing initiatives.
  • Valid understanding of customer engagement opportunities & strategies in the digital Landscape.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to solve complex problems and drive change.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex and multi-market setting, across many functions and levels and across different customer types in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
