What You Will Do:

  • Analyze and orchestrate basic level customer service project configurable capital surgical equipment project transactions ensuring accurate information is provided to key stakeholders. Utilize the quote to cash business process value stream to including operations, customer care, marketing, sales, IS, commercial operations, and finance.

  • Responsible for the achievement of established qualitative and quantitative customer service team metrics.

  • Basic facilitation of the order entry and capital project order management process by utilizing multiple commercial systems including CRM, CPQ, and ERP.

  • Submit small parts orders per commercial systems and customer service processes.

  • Execute internal processes to successfully receive sign-offs to facilitate project closing/contracts.

  • Work with others in the analyst team to provide internal and external customers technical assistance with configurable capital product with multiple tools.

  • Perform various order report analysis with assistance as required.

  • Work in the customer service phone queue serving as the front line for internal and external customer questions.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred.

  • Working experience with quoting tools, Oracle, and SAP.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and customer support skills.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Familiarity with Stryker Communications products.

  • Working knowledge of SalesForce.com workflows.
