The Team:

Deloitte's Marketing Excellence team combines the power of Deloitte's brand with the most inspired marketing techniques to produce business results for our clients. Work You'll Do:

  • Work directly in support of the ESG Marketing Manager, senior marketing leaders, and ESG practice in helping plan, coordinate, execute and measure integrated marketing campaigns and activations
  • Collaborate with A&A marketing and business stakeholders to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns
  • Working within the A&A brand, events/sponsorships team, and closely with A&A marketing strategic marketers more broadly, develop and drive integrated strategic marketing and communications activities that utilize the full spectrum of traditional and innovative marketing channels (web, social, advertising, PR, etc.)
  • Working with Deloitte's internal Green Dot Agency (GDA) to:
    • Facilitate campaign execution and integration including go-to-market launch and promotion of brand, eminence/thoughtware, and other content marketing channels
    • Develop marketing content including copy creation, edits, and optimization in support of the A&A growth strategy
    • Support events including pre, during and post event activities including measurement and ROI capture
    • Develop metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success at the campaign, activity, and channel levels to inform future campaign tactics
  • Collaborates with PR team to drive media coverage when applicable
  • Contributes to Deloitte's internal marketing calendar, including major campaigns, product/offering launches, major events, and core marketing maintenance activities
  • Qualifies and maintains leads for key D.com webpages and events and works with the A&A Growth Team on tracking leads and opportunities
  • Regularly pull and analyze data from campaign metrics for reporting purposes
  • Supports the A&A brand, and events/sponsorships team on submissions, reviews and approvals of agreements, communications and marketing content, invoices, and other items with applicable internal groups
  • Direct project management of strategic projects and marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

Required:
  • 2-5 years of related experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing and communications strategy and planning
  • Team oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet client expectations and deadlines across multiple projects
  • Flexibility and adaptability and level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability
  • Executive presence, professional client service manner, demonstrated ability to take initiative
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the full A&A marketing team, GDA and supporting teams
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:
  • Understanding of integrated marketing communications strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Public Relations or related business field; Advanced degrees preferred
  • Previous experience in audit, assurance, sustainability, or related marketing and/or communications; understanding of regulatory environment
  • Analytics and reporting experience across multi-channel campaigns; data visualization and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team, experience in a large corporate setting and/or professional services environment a plus
