Work you'll do

As a Marketer in Deloitte Services LP, a subsidiary of the Deloitte US Firms, you will support the execution and delivery of market development campaigns through the efforts of the aligned team. In this role, you will liaise with colleagues in Tax Marketing Excellence to differentiate the Deloitte brand, drive Deloitte's business priorities forward, innovate new marketing and communications solutions, and deliver distinct client experiences. You'll have the potential to facilitate marketing and communications targeting activities through assisting with social media campaigns; support business expansion initiatives; develop promotional marketing materials and targeting tools; and manage major promotional events such as trade shows, industry speaking events, sponsorships, and internal conferences related to key clients.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Engage Deloitte's internal agency (the Green Dot Agency) in the execution of campaigns; and partner with the agency on the delivery of campaigns
  • Serve as a liaison between key stakeholders, including leadership and other areas of the Tax team and the larger firm (e.g. Green Dot Agency, cross-functional teams, global and marketplace marketing, etc.)
  • Event support - planning logistics, invitations, registration, conference materials and on-site experience as well as the post-event sales enablement and ROI strategy; these events may include virtual or in-person events and may be a Deloitte proprietary event or a co-sponsored event with an external third-party association
  • Project management - need to be flexible and able to manage multiple projects with competing timelines and ability to proactively manage up
  • Design and execute on go-to-market strategies for internal and external distribution of thought leadership
  • NextGen Marketing - support high impact marketing campaigns that use new and innovative marketing techniques such as lead generation, lead nurturing, digital and social media marketing
  • Identify Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics and analyze the performance and success of campaigns

Qualifications

Required:
  • 3-5+ years of related experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing strategy and planning
  • Understanding of integrated marketing communications strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results
  • Team-oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting client expectations and deadlines
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Polished executive presence and professional client service manner
  • Demonstrated ability to be collaborative and interact with all levels of management
  • Flexibility, adaptability and level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities
  • Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
  • Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
  • Identify Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics and analyze the performance and success of campaigns
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Deep understanding of social and digital tools
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team, experience in large corporate setting and/or professional services a plus
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
