What you will do:

Coordinates the delivery and supports the design of advertising/marketing communications materials to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and prospects. Coordinates and supports the development of multimedia packages (e.g., letters, brochures, video, point-of-purchase displays).

  • Develop “customer experience” program for Emergency Care customer visits
  • Ongoing communication with key vendors, Stryker counterparts, etc. to ensure alignment on shows, customer visits and other events as needed.
  • Support event planning and execution of Emergency Care’s tradeshow program
  • Execute on meeting requirements, plans and schedules for assigned meetings. Requirements include but are not limited to invitations, registration, air and ground travel, food and beverage, audio visual, amenity selection, site inspections and selection, billing reconciliation, program evaluations and follow-up.
  • Support execution of Emergency Care’s customer visits at 3800 E. Centre Ave., including pre-event needs, set-up and onsite support.
  • Deliver attendee experiences that generate high levels of engagement, in-person and/or virtually.
  • Establish relationships with immediate team and internal customers to provide a team approach to the successful planning and implementation of all programs.
  • Provide high quality, effective meeting planning and onsite support.
  • Support other team members in the execution of meetings.
  • Ongoing coordination and scheduling/reservations of Customer Showroom, including product placement and management.
  • Understand key competitors' positioning, strengths and weaknesses to develop differentiated messages
  • Understand customer groups, including why they buy the product or service, to develop compelling messages
  • Support in the construction of the marketing plan with specific analysis and collaborates in the execution of key strategic initiatives
  • Understand the differences between product and portfolio, and the meaning of core competencies
  • Understand the principles of the marketing framework and customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Create, support and execute tools and other marketing collateral pieces to help support sales efforts
  • Develop and execute internal and external communications that drive the strategic plan for the product and/or portfolio
  • Understand the different marketing channel strategies and associated business implications
  • Understand various types of written materials and associated writing and editing processes and activities
  • Demonstrate fresh and compelling ideas in own work
  • Understands the process for researching creative ideas
  • Speak/write using correct language, mechanics, and gestures
  • Explain the importance of targeting presentations to the audience
  • Sound understanding of presentation tools and techniques
  • Understand the principles of design, layout and color theory and uses them to develop creative concepts
  • Describe major activities associated with the design process
  • Identify and ability to understand the major responsibilities of the internal communications function
  • Track and report results/KPIs to leadership and sales
  • • Create, support, and execute events and tradeshows including key training guides and pre and post-show summaries


What you need:


• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of work experience required
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
