What you’ll be doing...

As the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing in the Consumer DIgital & Base Marketing team, you will lead a team focused on growing customers and revenue within base marketing.

You and your team will be responsible for growing revenue in the Mobile, Home, and FWA Consumer business units through acquisition, cross-sell, add-a-line, and winback. You will achieve these by studying the consumer base trends and identifying strategy change recommendations, which you will then execute through direct marketing tactics such as special offer qualification and CRM. This work will be done closely with marketing peers across Digital & Base Marketing.

  • Proactive analytics (predictive & prescriptive analytics) studying consumer behavior, and apply marketing treatment tactics to maximize customer/company outcomes.
  • Creating customer audiences, qualify them for targeted promotions (device discounts, special pricing, marketing messages) and execute omni-channel marketing tactics (outbound CRM, inbound rep readiness tools, self-serve digital presentment).
  • Tracking effectiveness of all in-market campaign audiences, tactics, and campaigns based on incremental response (treat vs. control) and total return on investment.
  • Expanding successful strategies and reducing or removing under-performing strategies.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with marketing campaign managers, commercial finance, IT groups (GTS, AID), and other analytics peers.
  • Managing a team of 5-10 individual contributors.

What we’re looking for...

You have a passion for leveraging data to drive real-world business impacts. You have a knack for telling complex data stories simply so that your audience understands and acts on your insights. You enjoy working in unexplored areas of the business where our understanding is limited and prior best practices are un-established.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor degree in a technical field (eg. engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics) or four years equivalent work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience in analytics, strategic marketing, financial planning, or financial analysis.
  • Experience creating compelling narratives to influence decision makers.
  • Experience building detailed and compelling financial business cases.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

  • Experience on leadership.
  • Experience on presentation with executive leadership.
  • Experience on SQL and database management.
  • Experience on other coding language.
  • Experience on Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
  • Knowledge on AI / ML data science.
  • Knowledge on data storytelling and technical presentation.
  • Experience on research, analytical, and critical thinking.
  • Knowledge on data mining and visualization skills.
