What you’ll be doing...

A Mobility Marketing Activation manager opportunity is now available within the Marketing Activation team. This position will be responsible for driving strategic briefs, plans, and points of view across mobility promo & value prop initiatives.

  • Shaping quarterly and annual strategies and narratives to deliver on key business/marketing objectives.
  • Writing strategic briefs grounded in consumer and business insights to guide work across CX and identity, to media planning, to creative output.
  • Collaborating with research partners to uncover deep consumer insights and trends to guide our initiatives.
  • Crafting GTM plans both within and across initiatives. Bringing focus and clarity to marketing efforts and creating a cohesive whole that is greater than the sum of its parts.
  • Collaborating with business partners to identify priority consumer segments, building GTM plans to address these segments in-market.
  • Driving understanding and accountability to business results.
  • Identifying patterns, uncovering problem areas and developing contingency plans to address performance weakness.
  • Creating initiative post-mortems and establishing best practices for future efforts.

Where you'll be working...

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

The preferred locations for this role are the hub locations listed below; candidates in other locations also may be considered: New York (NY), Basking Ridge(NJ).

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal and deck-building.
  • Experience in developing marketing/campaign/comms strategies.
  • Experience in presenting complex strategies to senior leadership.
  • Experience in building strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience in managing multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.

If you are hired into a New York work location, the compensation range for this position is between $114,000 and $212,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
