What you’ll be doing...

The Marketing Transformation Program Manager will report to the Director of Marketing Transformation within the Media and Marketing Effectiveness organization, and will partner across the CMO group to drive our transformation forward. This role will own the overall transformation program governance from concept to benefit realization working cross-organizationally across the CMO organization and with our Business Unit partners.

  • Leading the Marketing package within the larger Corporate Business Transformation program.
  • Partnering with the Marketing Transformation team and senior leadership within CMO to identify and assess current or future needs and priorities by communicating directly with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Developing proposals and business cases that include details around benefits and costs, and can be approved / monitored by FP&A during project execution and post-completion.
  • Managing activities associated with transformation programs including where no reporting relationship exists.
  • Managing subcontractor activities, reviewing proposals, developing performance specifications, and serving as liaisons between subcontractors and organizations as necessary to deliver transformation programs.
  • Maintaining and developing positive business relationships with stakeholders.
  • Managing the communication, understanding and delivery of the customers' needs.
  • Monitoring or tracking project milestones and deliverables ensuring all stakeholders are aware of program status.
  • Submitting project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Supporting the implementation of the project plan as defined by the business, ensuring that the identified components of the project are accounted for including stakeholders, resources, budgets, and timelines.
  • Providing general project support for Transformation initiatives within the team as needed.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in program/project management.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Master’s degree.
  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP).
  • Strong organization skills, and hold others accountable to deliver on agreed expectations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders (written and verbal).
  • Ability to effectively highlight and manage risks up and down the project chain.
  • Ability to build consensus and bring people together to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to build partnership across the organization and influence others without authority.
  • Ability to grasp complex concepts and processes quickly and be able to explain them to others.
  • Ability to translate business and technical terms fluently to drive a common understanding of issues, offer simple solutions, bring the right people and tools together to resolve issues with confidence.
  • Focused on enhancing program/project management skills through training/certifications.
  • Comfortable presenting, facilitating discussions with senior/executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and present recommendations.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.

If you are hired into a New York work location, the compensation range for this position is between $125,000 and $232,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
