What you will do:

The Associate Manager, Marketing – International Sales Support Coordinates and manages sales support through the education and the sales team on the current product portfolio, problem solving, tool development and projects as assigned.

  • This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Communicates to internal and external clients. Performs some administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing progress reports.
  • The job requires professional knowledge gained through substantial applicable work experience, to supplement formal knowledge, in order to apply principles and concepts of own subject/technical discipline in resolving issues as they arrive.
  • Daily coordination of projects including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements. Tracks progress and identifies/resolves obstacles. Communicates to internal and external clients. Performs some administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing progress reports.
  • Acts as primary contact for OUS sales teams
  • Supports International Marketing Plan development
  • Manages projects to support international growth and compliance
  • Supports the exploration of emerging markets (ANZ, Japan, LATAM)
  • Drives inventory levels and forecasting for all OUS markets
  • Provides support to marketing managers in the development and sales support of one or more marketing segments.
  • Routes and owns CMR process internally for all OUS marketing materials
  • Conduct product roundtables with key stakeholders (ie: RA/QA, Production, Engineering, Trade Compliance, and Customer Service) to align CMR and PAR projects.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related discipline
  • 6+ years of work experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
  • Ability to evaluate judgement based on the analysis of factual and qualitative information in complicated or novel situations
