What You Will Do:

  • You will develop analytics that allow us to build business cases and make key data driven commercial strategy decisions. You will extensively collaborate with Senior Management, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Operations. You will be responsible for leading the creation, collection, organization, development, and dissemination of relevant data analysis to support strategic business objectives

  • You will work in close partnership with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to identify and support key business initiatives.

  • You will provides insights focused on customer, market, and product trends to make recommendations for new business opportunities and portfolio decisions.

  • You will be able to conceptualize and build reports leveraging visualization tools in Power BI, Tableau, R etc., to effectively communicate data driven insights to stakeholders.

  • You will recommend holistic solutions that integrate with existing data and technical solutions.

  • You will identify new data analysis needs and develop new datasets / solutions to help meet business objectives.

  • You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that key business questions and problems are well defined and understood.

  • You will collaborate with other members of the Commercial Analytics team to understand source data, systems, and requirements for the development of solutions.

  • You will lead the effort to simplify and summarize complex information to effectively present content to Senior Leadership.

  • You will be required to provide data analytics support for Endoscopy division.

  • You will be an active contributor to a team culture that celebrates innovative solutions, transparency, diversity, and teamwork.

What You Need:

  • 4+ years relevant experience needed.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Advanced degree preferred

  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills required

  • Strong understanding and technical knowledge of data modeling and report development in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Business Objects.

  • Hands on scripting (python, R, and/or SQL) or statistical analysis experience required.

  • Proficiency with healthcare analytics and data structures preferred.

  • Intermediate understanding of business strategy, market insights and research preferred.

  • Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise.

  • Must be able to manage time, projects, stress and conflict.

  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication.

  • Must be able to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.

  • Must have the ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records.

  • Must be able to communicate / present to large groups of people.

$93,000-$199,000 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
