Position Summary

The Associate Director, Regional Marketing, is a mid-level in-market position within the US Commercial organization. This role will focus on leading local engagements with psoriasis experts to gain insights into national, regional, and local opportunities, provide a bridge between regional markets and headquarters, regionally support the brand strategy. Additionally, the RMK will lead Peer to Peer speaker development, training, and the execution of promotional programs, and support local and regional congress activity. This role will liaise with other field-based Leaders, within approved SOPs, including but not limited to Field Medical, Sales, Training, Advocacy, US Value, Access & Payment, in addition to home office-based colleagues in Marketing, Sales, US Access/Payer teams, and Medical as appropriate. The position will report to the Director, West Regional Marketing, and function as part of the US Immunology Dermatology Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy

  • Support cross-functional teams to gather key customer insights and input on the marketplace by garnering insights on commercial launch strategy, including designing local marketplace tactics, clinical messaging, access, and educational needs.
  • Lead Peer to Peer educational program execution efforts and support sales team execution for branded education, when appropriate
  • Supporting the execution of approved Commercial Advisory Boards
    • Assist in identification of Healthcare Professional (HCP) consultants based on profile established by the approved Consultant Engagement Project Brief
    • Design, Facilitate, participate in, and attend advisory boards, where appropriate
  • Enhancing the overall image of BMS by educating on BMS values and history while establishing BMS as a preferred partner committed to dermatology
