Job Description

The Position

D&P Marketing Manager leads D&P marketers and remote detailers, and is in charge of maximizing product portfolio selling performance based on excellent understanding of the environment related to the pharmaceutical market and digital and data insights across the industry.

As a marketing leader who contributes to expanding customer experience and achieving company goals by establishing product and portfolio marketing strategy plans based on data through the use of various digital channels, it is an important role to prepare and lead the companys present and future together.

Responsibilities:

Digital marketing business management leadership

  • Leadership in conducting and implementing strategies to expand customer coverage through the use of various digital channels and successful customer acquisition
  • Experimental strategic planning and execution leadership for omnichannel marketing realization
  • Leadership of motivating team members and excellent communication with both internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute various ideas for new attempts
  • Key performance management (KPI)

Portfolio selling strategic planning and execution management leadership

  • Customer digital data analysis and internal and external market environment data analysis for portfolio strategy establishment
  • Building up of close strategic collaboration with both local and regional/global functions (Sales & MKT, EA, Medical, L&C, CO, etc.) for effective decision-making
  • Encouraging the development of digital data analysis-based portfolio and company branding strategies and action plans
  • Financial forecasting and budget management according to strategy and action plan of product marketing

Product Portfolio & Business Management

  • Participate in the development of product strategy and action plans
  • Customer Experience Improvement, Potential Opportunities, and Positioning through D&P Approach
  • Campaign implementation and resource utilization linked to strategic planning
  • Predictive analysis of market and performance data for effective business decision-making

Excellence in conducting business focused on patients and customers

  • Execute strategy based on deep understanding of market/customer
  • Exploring future growth opportunities and discovering innovative solutions
  • Identify opportunities and apply change in close collaboration with regional/global leadership teams

Compliance / Health & Safety

  • Ensure that all activities and roles in the job comply with the company's internal regulations, policies, and related internal/external regulations

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years of marketing or marketing-related work experience (digital/data related marketing, brand marketing and other relevant experiences with marketing)
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry work experience

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Various work experience related to digital, data and portfolio marketing
  • Business English communication
  • People/Team management experience
  • High work ethics and sense of responsibility, positive attitude and passion, and ability to overcome difficulties (problem solving)
  • -> Ability to deploy successful marketing initiatives from ideation to execution
