The Director, Talent Attraction will play a key role in ensuring a strong brand for Stryker across the globe while leading a team of marketing mavens and enables strategic business decisions using talent based external data with a small team of intelligence storytellers. This job has the responsibility leading at a strategic, global level (Americas, EMEA, APAC) which includes business partnership with our divisional businesses. You will lead the strategic development, management and execution of Stryker’s talent brand identity, including the corporate and talent narrative, messaging and visual aspects of the talent brand. You will help build the capability of leveraging data that supports business initiatives like future location analysis, talent pool and skills mapping, competitive intelligence and recommendations on move forward planning.

Cheerleading Captain. Get others fired up as lead brand ambassador by helping internal stakeholders and partners understand and adopt Stryker’s talent attraction solutions and capabilities.
Puzzle Problem-solver: Use your strong organizational and analytical skills to manage prioritization of the team’s work but also solution for business objectives at a high level
Data Dynamo: Use your passion for numbers to help story tell what may be happening and what should be happening

Education and qualifications

·10+ years of experience in Communications or Talent Acquisition, with 5+ years supporting talent brand or talent intelligence initiatives
·5+ years experience leading global, small to mid-size teams
·Proven track record of identifying, testing and launching new programs
·Global experience required- understanding of how to create a global brand that can also be localized/configured by markets and functions
·Experience with industry leading recognized monitoring, measurement and engagement platforms
·Google Analytics and Labor Market data tools experience a plus
·Exceptional planning and execution skills
·Innovative and creative thinker who can engage multiple target audiences. Strong communication and tech-savvy presentation skills
