Summary:

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the development and execution of HCP Marketing plans across multiple channels to support Zeposia (Ozanimod) within Multiple Sclerosis (MS). This individual will be a key member of the Zeposia brand team and will assist in the development and implementation of marketing programs, development of business plans, product strategies and tactical implementation. It is preferred that the candidates for this position possess pharmaceutical/biotech marketing and MS category experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution of the HCP tactical plan and management of agencies/vendors

  • Work cross-functionally with commercial team members (marketing, sales, analytics, reimbursement, medical affairs, etc.) to develop and execute programs and materials supporting Zeposia in MS

  • Lead congress strategy development, planning, execution, and measurement

  • Partner with RMK team to develop and execute an advisory board plan aligned with brand strategic needs

  • Manage agency/ vendor partners in development of promotional materials and tactics

  • Manage internal review / approval process for promotional materials to ensure development of impactful and compliant materials

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key opinion leaders and HCP customers

  • Develop and implement best-in-class speaker programming to support field sales efforts

  • Effectively engage & support sales operations and field sales team

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of annual POA and annual strategic brand plan

  • Regularly evaluate competitive landscape and marketplace dynamics

  • Engage in and interpret ongoing market research projects

  • Initiate and manage multiple projects working cross-functionally with matrix stakeholders

  • Work with Finance and external partners to monitor and manage approved budget allocations while maximizing effectiveness of resources

  • Business travel may be required, up to 20%

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA helpful, but not required)

  • 5-10 years industry (pharmaceutical/biotech or related agency) experience in sales, marketing, or related function

  • Deep MS market experience preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, drive execution, foster relationships, and build alignment

  • Strong communications skills and track record of effective and influential presentations to external and internal customers, including ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization

  • Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required

  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficient
