About the Visible Promo Strategy & Offer Management Team

Promo Strategy & Offer Management team is designed to focus on the end to end management over promotions, incentive programs and offers to drive growth and retention for Visible. They own the strategic vision, implementation, lifecycle management and integration with other offers/ features ensuring alignment with the overall brand and value proposition. The team manages the full experience and workflows partherning with cross functional leads. They will drive bottom up data driven recommendations as well as adapt to top down requirements from executive leadership.

About this role

This role is responsible for the growth and success of Visible's referral program, winback offer strategy and other incentives to drive member engagement. This role is also responsible for promo implementation ensuring that our promos are best represented to the customers to ensure they are easy to understand and convert.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for long term strategy and day to day management of Visible's Referral Program.
  • Monitor program performance, tracking key metrics, and providing regular reports and insights.
  • Responsible for program evolution and to identify opportunities to optimize and enhance Visible's referral program and other tactics to drive growth from our customer base.
  • Stakeholder communications & executive team performance and insight readouts.
  • Partnering with Marketing teams to design and launch creative and compelling referral campaigns to increase customer base participation in the program.
  • Lead existing member capability evolution, and offer implementation including management of current promo functionality levers.
  • Develop business requirements, review and provide feedback and approval and lead GTM activities for all referral enhancements & new promo capabilities.
  • Manage intake process for each promo and support Promo Implementation Strategy Manager with implementation activities and care escalation and resolution of offers.
  • Budget Management for referral & other incentive programs.
  • Own Promo business cases/ assumptions development + Commercial Review Process + Financial Alignment.
  • Build and maintain promo process standardization and manage integrity of all promo documentation and processes.
  • Vendor SOW, relationship management and PO/Invoicing for partners.

What we're looking for....

You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • You are energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive - a team leader who can lead both strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • A passion for delivering best in class customer experience.
  • Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs, influence and obtain cross functional buy-in to execute on vision and strategy.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, with a strong emphasis on the development of frameworks and processes that can be scaled and/or automated.
  • Proficient business analysis skills, including the ability to gather, organize, and interpret large datasets to make actionable, sustainable business recommendations.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • High Proficiency of Google Suite, Asana, Jira, Slack, and Figma tools and Salesforce.

  • Excellent relationship building skills, build and leverage cross-functional partnerships within and outside of the organization, and leverage influential leadership.
  • Demonstrate creativity for promo development, and a strong knowledge of the wireless marketplace.
  • Working presentation skills to effectively present information to an audience of varying responsibility across internal and external stakeholders and levels of the business.
  • Experience in marketing and finance-related roles, such as market research, financial analysis, pricing, product marketing, or strategic planning desired.
  • Experience in the wireless or telecommunications industry, digital e-commerce and emerging technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to see things not readily apparent to others and to find unique solutions to complex challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and to "see the big picture".

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $120,000.00 and $243,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
