What you will do

The Program Coordinato is responsible for providing support to the VP/managers of the department/function. The individual also has indirect responsibility for gathering and analyzing data on several aspects of the business. They are also expected to actively support all Sales Management efforts as it relates to the successful promotion of all Sales projects, and administer Sales programs that contribute to success of the business unit

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare correspondences via email/memos to ensure communications within the business unit
  • Plan annual meetings and coordinate/book travel arrangements for the business unit as needed including annual meetings
  • Compile and update physical or digital files on clients, leads, expenses, and sales, and deliver reports appropriately
  • Prepare various reports by collecting and collaborating information from various functions
  • Order or copy documents for distribution to the members of the business unit
  • Participate/facilitate trainings pertinent to the business unit
  • Manage updates to contact information of members within the business unit
  • Implement and manage project ideas conceptualized by leaders of the business unit

What you need

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years’ experience required
  • Prefer training in Access or other complex data management program/system.
  • Prefer experience in corporate environment and the specific department to be supported
  • Ability to provide support to departmental executives and executives across the division
  • Prefer demonstrated proficiency in departmental system navigation and report writing, where applicable
  • Ability to take initiative, learn new concepts/processes, and improve current processes
  • Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deliverables and work in a demanding environment
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; be detailed oriented
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office suite technology, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to provide rapid, accurate response to confidential/sensitive requests and to routinely handle confidential information
