What You Will Do:
Work to understand Endo BU’s business goals and creates all education programs to align with the BU’s current goals and future strategy
Work to maintain a strong knowledge of Endoscopy’s ORIS and MIS advanced imaging products, services, customers, and competition to remain relevant and effective. This person is an advanced imaging and connectivity subject matter expert who leads the development of effective Endoscopy training materials.
Work to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and Endo sales force to ensure training is relevant and actionable to Endo Sales Force
Build training programs and content specific to Endoscopy’s ORIS and MIS advanced imaging portfolio, enabling the sales force to deliver clinically relevant products and provide value to our customers
Identify skills and behaviors of top performing reps and works to cultivate those skills and drive those behaviors to all sales reps
Mastery in digital project management, responsible for customizing and launching the CRUSH digital platform
Digital Content Management: prioritize, create, integrate, and publish LMS training materials to the sales professionals; implement and manage on-going feedback with the sales professionals to drive continuous improvement
Training: build out a calendar of formal and informal sessions covering new hires sales training, advanced imaging courses, ongoing skill development, etc
What You Will Need
Bachelor's Degree Required
1+ years medical device sales experience with a strong track record of success
6+ years total work experience
Experience in teaching, mentoring, coaching, and developing others
Demonstrates patience and a passion for educating others
Ability to take complex concepts and skills into small, manageable “chunks”
Ability to tailor coaching and training specific to an individual, instead of a “one approach fits all” mentality
Demonstrates ability to prioritize and execute objectives in a timely manner
Has a positive attitude and is solution-oriented
Demonstrates ability to work, make decisions and solve problems independently
Ability to communicate and present information effectively, both verbally & in written for, with key stake holders and customers.
