What You Will Do

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be the primary contact for all aspects of the strategic equipment financing program supporting the Stryker Emergency Care business. This role has the unique opportunity to be involved in many aspects of the business such as sales, marketing, finance, service and to have a meaningful impact as well.

  • Organize strategic equipment financing program (ALS360) material to provide recommendations, assessment, and tracking.

  • Accountable for supporting all workstream functions between Sales Support, Finance, Sales Operations, ProCare, and Sales.

  • Provide valuable data, remove roadblocks, and enable the team for program growth across the business.

  • Consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment.

  • Respond to numerous inquiries and ensure proper asset details are updated in the appropriate systems.

  • Prepare documentation requests, and facilitate changes through finance associated with exchanges, returns, and other adjustments.

  • Maintain customer pricing in various systems, including entering contracts as required.

  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

  • Implement procedures to manage inventory and expiry records.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes, and customer support methodology.

What You Need

Bachelor’s degree

Hybrid Work Schedule: You will need to live within commuting distance to our Redmon, WA OR Portage, MI office. You will need to be in the office 2-3 days a week, but you will have the flexibility to work from home on the other days.
