North American Field Operations is the division within Chubb responsible for managing relationships with Chubb’s distribution network. This group is focused on driving profitable growth for all of Chubb’s business segments among traditional and digital agency/broker channels across the continent.

The development of new and innovative products and services leads to a need for a significant growth in the number of distribution partners across North America. We are seeking a professional with a successful history of forming independent agency relationships and implementing strategies that lead to distribution growth. This position also involves leadership of our strategic marketing efforts focused on thousands of new and emerging independent agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategy to drive significant growth in the number of agents/brokers distributing Chubb products
  • Promote product advantages, service differentiators, and technology capabilities in a manner that attracts new distributors and increases engagement among existing agents/brokers
  • Collaborate with leaders across the company and ensure that distribution strategies are aligned with priorities of each business segment
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals in a manner that leads to achievement of goals while being a champion of Chubb’s culture of inclusion and high performance.
  • Lead efforts to implement enhancements that provide agents with a quality journey through the prospecting, appointment, onboarding, and training process.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for newly-appointed agents and take appropriate actions based on results.
  • Utilize digital marketing techniques which support distribution expansion and engagement of newly-appointed agents.
  • Develop training webinars and other presentations that drive agency engagement.
  • Partner with sales team to develop tools and materials that drive growth across all Chubb business segments.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Property/Casualty/Surplus Lines license a plus
  • At least 10 years of property & casualty industry experience in a strategic marketing role, with a proven track record of attracting new distribution partners
  • Experience working with large agency networks in a marketing and administrative capacity
  • Excellent knowledge of sales management platforms (i.e. CRM applications, Google Analytics, agency management systems, financial reporting tools)
  • Advanced competency at delivering concise, effective online and in-person presentations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to balance many priorities across a varied spectrum of products and distribution methods.

This position is based at Chubb’s Whitehouse Station, New Jersey campus, though candidates willing to work from any Chubb North America location will be considered.
