Position Summary :

Penske Logistics is looking for warehouse associates to become part of an excellent team at our warehouse in Swedesboro, NJ. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are safety conscious and have a pleasant, outgoing attitude who want to excel in a warehouse environment. We are currently hiring for warehouse workers. Multiple schedules are available.

Pay :

-$17.50 - $19.50 Per Hour

Position/Schedules Available:

Tote Picking (Cooler position): $19.50 Per Hour

-Schedule - Warehouse Worker, Full-Time, Wednesday - Saturday 11 am - 9:30 pm

Responsibilities of this role:

-Working in a temperature-controlled fast paced environment between 34 – 36 degrees Fahrenheit.

-Manual lifting of cold chain totes up to 30 lbs.

-Standing/moving for duration of shift.

-Standing in a cooler, picking cold chain products, and placing them in cold chain totes.

-Palletizing/stacking cold chain totes in an orderly manner as stipulated by the company.

-Cycle counting bulk product.

-Loading production line.

-Labeling/removing labels for same day as well as next day production.

-At all times, follow all SOP’s while also adhering to GMP policies.

-Ability to lift 30 lbs.

-Ability to push/pull 50lbs or more (on wheels).

-Performing other duties as assigned to include but not limited to; stamping/coding product, trailer loading/offloading (no PIT required), general warehouse clean up.

Overnight: $19.50 per hour

-Schedule - Warehouse Worker, Full-Time, Sunday-Wednesday, 2am - 12:30pm

-Schedule - Warehouse Worker, Full-Time, Wednesday-Saturday, 2am - 12:30pm

Responsibilities of this role :

-Partially working in a temperature-controlled fast paced environment between 34 – 36 degrees Fahrenheit.

-On your feet and moving for the duration of your shift.

-Bending, reaching, pushing, walking.

-Loading/unloading full and empty bakery carts.

-Staging bakery carts by wave, route and stop.

-Emptying and cleaning bakery carts.

-Stacking cambro strays onto cambro carts.

-Ability to lift 30 lbs.

-Ability to push/pull 50 lbs. or more (on wheels).

-At all times, follow all SOP’s while also adhering to GMP policies.

-Performing other duties as assigned to include but not limited to; stamping/coding product, trailer loading/offloading (no PIT required), general warehouse clean up.

Packing positions: $17.50 per hour

-Schedule - Warehouse Worker, Full-Time, Sunday-Wednesday, 6am - 4:30pm

-Schedule - Warehouse Worker, Full-Time, Wednesday-Saturday, 6am - 4:30pm

-Schedule - Warehouse Worker, Full-Time, Sunday-Wednesday, 8am - 6:30pm

-Schedule - Warehouse Worker, Full-Time, Wednesday-Saturday, 8am - 6:30pm

Responsibilities of this role:

-This is a fast-paced environment.

-Working in ambient temperature, range could very between 55-75 degrees.

-On your feet and moving for the duration of your shift.

-Packing bakery items product into mobile bakery cans.

-Bending, reaching, pushing, pulling walking.

-Pushing/pulling carts full of bakery product to assigned pack area.

-Pushing/pulling empty bakery carts to staging area and or onto empty trailers.

-At all times, follow all SOP’s while also practicing GMP policies.

-Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs. (on wheels).

-Performing other duties as assigned to include but not limited to; stamping/coding product, labeling and removing labels from plastic totes, general warehouse clean up.

Foodservice Bread Tray Picking (Breadline): $17.50 per hour

-Schedule - Warehouse Worker, Full-Time, Sunday - Thursday 7 am - 3:30 pm

-Schedule - Warehouse Worker, Full-Time, Tuesday - Saturday 7am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities of this role:

-Picking/packing bread orders.

-Operation runs on an assembly line pick process and is fast paced.

-Working in ambient temperature, range could very between 55-75 degrees.

-On your feet and moving for the duration of your shift.

-Bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking.

-Pushing/pulling stacks of bread to assigned pack area.

-Pushing/pulling stacks of bread from trailer to staging area.

-Loading full and empty bread trays onto trailer.

-At all times, follow all SOP’s while also practicing GMP policies.

-Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs. (on wheels).

-Performing other duties as assigned to include but not limited to; stamping/coding product, labeling and removing labels from plastic totes, general warehouse clean up.

Foodservice Pretzel/Croissant Picking: $17.50 per hour

-Schedule - Warehouse Worker, Full-Time, Sunday – Wednesday, 8am-6:30pm

-Schedule - Warehouse Worker, Full-Time, Wednesday - Saturday, 8am-6:30pm

Responsibilities of this role:

-Picking/packing pretzels/croissant orders.

-Operation runs on an assembly line pick process and is fast paced.

-On your feet and moving for the duration of your shift.

-Working in ambient temperature, range could very between 55-75 degrees.

-Bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking.

-Pushing/pulling stacks of pretzels/croissants to assigned pack area.

-Pushing/pulling stacks of pretzels from trailer to staging area.

-Loading/offloading full and empty pretzel from and/or onto trailers.

-At all times, follow all SOP’s while also adhering GMP policies.

-Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs. (on wheels).

-Performing other duties as assigned to include but not limited to; stamping/coding.

-Product, labeling and removing labels from plastic totes, general warehouse clean up.

Qualifications :

-Previous warehouse experience preferred

-High school diploma or equivalent preferred

-Capable reading skills and ability to follow directions required

-Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required

-Flexible to work overtime preferred

-Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required

-Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
