What you will do

As a Principal Engineer in the Process and Technology Development team, you will be responsible for working with both internal and external suppliers to define, optimize and validate processes and will be instrumental to launching new products. You will need to use designed experiments to characterize processes, structured RCA processes to troubleshoot issues and clear communication to represent the team during cross functional reviews.

What you need

• 8+ years of experience, some of which in a highly regulated industry
• BS in Engineering or related degree/experience. Advanced degree preferred and may be considered toward years of experience.
• Experienced in design of experiments, structured problem solving and validation.
• Ability to develop strategies and execute to plan.
• Ability to work both independently as an individual contributor as well as lead ​​cross functional teams.
