Come join our Global Talent Acquisition Enablement team at Bristol Myers Squibb! As a Senior Analyst, Global TA Enablement, you will provide TA enablement project and programmatic support and represent TA on cross functional project teams.

This role will allow you the opportunity to partner with various stakeholders across the organization, including HR COE’s, Vendor Suppliers, Cross-Functional Support teams, and TA employees to support the execution and optimization of the processes, technologies, and resources that touch our candidates and stakeholders. The successful candidate will develop and evolve processes with an eye to the customer, lead administrative excellence and candidate care initiatives and seek creative, scalable solutions.

Core Activities:

  • Support TA Enablement function globally across all our worker channels to help ensure highly engaging experiences are delivered to the individual through project management efforts, process improvement exercises, and swift problem resolution.

  • Ongoing engagement with People Services to help drive TA initiatives, build inter-departmental and support functional partnerships.

  • Lead candidate and hiring manager engagement initiatives and help drive adoption of the roles and responsibilities accountability standards to improve experience.

  • Collaboratively develop and use Technology, analytics and stakeholder scorecards to identify areas of improvement and develop corrective action initiatives.

  • Focusing on Candidate experience by understanding Candidate inputs and driving innovative programs and behaviors that ensure a world class experience.

  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to educate and inform stakeholders of relevant process changes and enhancements.

  • Support technology initiatives participating in UAT.

  • Ensuring that the tools and technologies that enable our stakeholders are efficient, easily adaptable, and truly enable the primary user.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 4 years’ Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience

  • Project Management experience is essential, ideally w/ concentration on candidate and customer experience initiatives

  • 1+ years' ServiceNow experience

  • Knowledge of and experience with Core HR systems (Workday high preferred)

  • Proven ability to build strong, trustworthy, productive relationships across the business

  • Proven ability to influence cross functional teams to ensure alignment of site and company goals

  • Strong sense of urgency in addition to the ability to prioritize and complete projects in a timely manner

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide data-based insights and observations

  • Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Competencies:

  • HR or Talent Acquisition certification preferred – S/PHR, AIRS, etc – preferred.

  • Talent Acquisition Operations experience

  • Experience with business intelligence reporting tools and ability to present a strong narrative through analytics.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
