The expected annual salary range for this role is $63749.97 - $93499.96 a year.

In this role, you’ll be a key player that connects data to our talent strategy, providing evidence-based insights that drive our business forward. Your day-to-day will involve supporting our HR leaders with ad-hoc reports, data, and dashboards, while managing projects that uphold our commitment to quality and best practices.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of HR Analytics experience or similar domain - OR -Master’s Degree with minimum of 1 year of experience in HR Analytics or similar domain.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of HR Analytics experience or similar domain
  • Experience in managing and analyzing structured data using tools such as Python, R, and advanced excel functions
  • Experience using SQL to write queries
  • Familiarity with ETL tools, Business Intelligence tools & processes (e.g., MS Dataflows, MS Power Query, Power BI, Visier, etc.)
