BA/BS/MBA degree.*Director, Analyst Relations, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure*The Director, Analyst Relations, is responsible for managing Oracles Analyst Relations (AR) program for our Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services portfolio that is seeing exponential growth, change, excitement and focus at Oracle. We are looking for an experienced AR professional with a strategic mind, strong technical skills, deep relationship-building skills and a track record of executing successful analyst relations, strategic communications and product marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.You will be responsible for proactively maintaining positive relationships with leading industry analysts and influencers and driving awareness and coverage of Oracles cloud vision, strategy, differentiation and market momentum. This person will report to the Senior Director of Analyst Relations, Technology and will work closely with senior executive and functional team leaders across the company. You will also collaborate closely with other AR managers who cover all of Oracles Cloud solutions. In this role, you will have a direct opportunity to impact Oracle results, while also helping to do things differently, bringing in new approaches and innovating AR processes and communications as needed.Because of the strategic nature of this position, you should have a balance of being a strategic thinker and planner, and as a tactician who is able to design and execute an effective AR program to facilitate interactions to help inform and build advocates of key analysts worldwide. This position demands both evangelism and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with key analysts to understand core customer requirements and concerns.This is an especially visible role in a highly competitive environment. Provide strategic guidance to product strategy and product marketing teams based on insights gained from analyst research and feedback/inputManage the creation of presentations and briefing documents for analyst engagements. Interface with local sales executive teams to align to their priorities and to report on AR activities and analysts perspectivesDevelop and monitor an analyst report calendar to maximize coverage. Create internal blogs regarding key analyst reports providing the field with ways to leverage these reports. Communicate key analyst reports to the field to assist in sales dealsContribute to sales strategies based on analyst recommendations and perspectives. Assist sales in managing analyst impact in deals. Support marketing communications, PR, development and marketing teams with analyst contributions. Periodically communicate program direction and achievements to internal audiences.
