Advocate on behalf of Oracle by connecting and enrolling them in appropriate advocate program elements and take a team-based approach to keeping customers engaged with Oracle. Match sales reference requests to appropriate references. The success of this role means higher customer satisfaction, retention and expansion of Oracle business. Acquire knowledge of our customer base, existing customer story content, mine and use that content to increase its effectiveness. Understand and support the needs of internal and external stakeholders, and communicate their needs. Connect them with the right advisory initiatives and invite and connect them with the appropriate peer groups. Motivate customers to speak to press and analysts, take sales reference calls, and participate in marketing activities (case studies, awards, videos, reference forums, speaking opportunities, etc.)Job duties are standard with some variation. These stories support sales, marketing and development efforts by influencing prospects and analysts, accelerating sales cycles, and enhancing social and brand capital.Were looking for a Customer Marketing Programs Analyst to help us expand the scope and impact of customer marketing programs. This includes online customer reviews, customer awards, customer advisory boards, and customer go-live celebrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong program management background and be highly efficient at project management. This role will connect operations, reporting and communications across these customer marketing programs as they scale.*Responsibilities*Duties include, but are not limited to:* Define, document and normalize end-to-end process flows across customer marketing programs, including online reviews, awards, advisory boards and go-live celebrations.* Create, organize and refine program documentation, including program overviews, templates, trainings, guidelines and presentations.* Lead initiative to update customer marketing footprint on internal and external web properties; empower customers to participate via automated mechanisms.* Lead stakeholder onboarding, adoption and training efforts and partner with their teams to ensure successful and measurable adoption of new and existing programs.* Generate and distribute regular reports with KPIs for each program to assess health, identify gaps and highlight successes to management and stakeholder groups.* Prepare data for loading into Oracle Cloud analytics dashboards; use capabilities to identify ways to automate reporting and distribution of information.* Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure compliance with system, data and process requirements; continually identify ways to simplify processes.* Assess competitive landscape to identify best practices and drive ongoing innovation and leadership into customer marketing programs.* Communicate results and user needs to stakeholders, project owners and define recommendations to continue normalizing processes and increasing impact.*Skills and Experience*This role supports a broad global stakeholder network and requires skill sets critical to the success of this position:* Minimum of five-plus (5 ) years of marketing experience.* Expertise in program and project management and execution.* Experience in creating training documentation and driving stakeholder adoption.* Proven ability to generate results through virtual collaboration with cross-functional teams.* Keen awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences and organizational structures.* Superior planning, organization, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.* Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills*Disclaimer*As part of Oracle's standard employment process, candidates will undergo a complete background check prior to an offer being extended.
