No candidates requiring visa sponsorship will be considered.**Position Summary:*Oracles Global Business Units is seeking a dynamic*Identity and Access Management**Solution Architect*and thought leader for a mission critical division of the organization. The GBUs acquire, develop and operate Oracles Industry Specific solutions, reaching across 8 different industry units and well over 50 distinct products. The role involves contributing to and leading multidisciplinary projects focused on architecting, re-developing, migrating, improving, designing, and prototyping complex cross-product solutions involving Oracles Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) with a primary focus of this role being identity management related technologies. The role will be in the center of it all focusing on moving our entire product portfolio to the cloud, often including complex movement scenarios, providing guidance, and rolling up your sleeves engagement for the remaking of the cross GBU product portfolio to a set of fully cloud native and cloud products. The position entails a high level of internal visibility with senior management while having a significant impact across the organization. The IAM Solution Architect is responsible for structuring and leading complex, strategic internal and external engagements involving coordination across teams and products, innovative use of Oracles Cloud Development products and tools, and establishing a regular feedback channel into the Development organization resulting in product improvements and innovations.*Typical Duties and Responsibilities include:** Design complex and innovative solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud offerings to address critical business requirements of our customers.* Assess the current product portfolio and build repeatable architectural patterns providing guidance to internal and external parties and ensuring the successful implementations and uptake of best practices.* Manage competing, quickly changing priorities effectively and handle input from many collaborators and stakeholders.* Structure and execute plans for a given project in dynamic environments with a minimum of guidance.* Closely collaborate with high caliber peers and a variety of teams and groups.* Identify common pain points in Oracle products and solutions and propose practical alternatives to improve them while establishing relationships with product management and product engineering providing direct feedback into product roadmaps shaping a higher quality product through improvements and innovations.* Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis identifying corrective and preventive enhancements* Review application architectures for quality, security and standards compliance* Establish yourself as a subject matter expert within the GBU organizations.We are seeking an exceptional technical leader with extraordinary attention to detail. The selected candidate will play a solution architect role with excellent tracking and reporting skills, in-depth understanding of current cloud technologies and products, and a strong sense for market trends and emerging technologies and tools within and outside of Oracles portfolio.The IAM Solution Architect must have communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and executives articulating business impacts, translating technical information to a non-technical audience, concisely storyboard complex problems, solutions, and approaches in a manner appropriate for the target audiance. Furthermore, the candidate must be able to communicate their proposed frameworks, templates, and define high-quality pragmatic deliverables that can be carried forth and executed by project teams, while capturing and demonstrating feature gaps in our products based on real world customer use cases.The selected candidate will have problem solving skills with the ability to develop and analyze options/hypotheses objectively, applies industry-leading practices, and facilitates negotiations/discussions involving groups of diverse stakeholders located around the world. This role may require working outside of normal business hours.*Desired Qualifications*,*Skills, and Experience** Strong understanding of cloud architecture and hybrid on-premises / cloud designs. Strong technical skills and a system wide vision including all aspects of the cloud ecosystem.* Fluent in current PaaS, and IaaS products and experienced in designing complex and large-scale move and improve cloud projects* Strong understanding and hands-on experience in PaaS and IaaS related technologies such as Java, integration, mobile, security, storage, compute, and networking.* Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong ambition to remain up to date with current technologies and trends.* Exceptional analytical and critical reasoning skills capable of flexible and lateral thinking.* Ability to strongly lead technical discussions.* Understanding of open source and non-Oracle products and solutions.* Inclination to coach through trainings, public forums, blogs, and conferences.* Highly developed interpersonal, verbal communication and presentation skills; demonstrated comfort level for presentations to senior leadership level meetings.* Work with and across all levels within the business to develop the best solution to an issue/business need required.*Basic Qualifications** A deep knowledge of several aspects of identity management, cloud, or mobile security including: OAuth, LDAP, Web Services Security (WS-Sec), Federation (SAML), Single Sign-On, OpenID Connect, Strong Authentication, Authorization, SSL, Provisioning, Identity Governance, and Network Security.* Minimum of 10 or more years of experience in progressively responsible information technology including. 7 years of experience in developing, implementing or architecting information systems and 3 years technical architecture experience integrating identity and access management software into cloud infrastructure and applications* At least 2 years experience in managing the security aspect of cloud deployments OR deployments of at least one identity and access management product such as: Oracle OAM/OIM/OVD/OID/IDCS, CA/Netegrity SiteMinder/IdentityMinder/TransactionMinder, IBM Tivoli Identity Manager and/or Access Manager, Sun Identity Manager and/or Access Manager, Ping Access and/or Ping Federate.* Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures and implementation plans* Experience with at least one of the following development environments/languages: J2EE, Java, JavaScript, .NET or C#* A masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or a bachelors degree and comparable experience in software development, information technology, and/or data architecture.*Preferred Qualifications** Extensive experience with Oracle products and cloud services including Oracle OAM/OIM/OVD/OID/IDCS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.* Enterprise Directory architecture and design including directory schema, namespace and replication topology experience* Experience with BEA WebLogic* Experience with one or more directories such as Active Directory, IBM Directory Server, SunONE Directory Server and Novell e-Directory* Working knowledge of virtual directories such as Radiant Logic and OctetString* Familiarity with federated identity and web services security concepts such as SAML, Liberty ID-FF and ID-WSF, WS-Federation and WS-Security* Experience developing identity management governance plans* Understanding of current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management and security/audit compliance*/At Oracle, we dont just value differenceswe celebrate them.
