Delivering in the Cloud will be vastly different from traditional system implementations and so will our change practice.Our customers are asking Oracle Consulting to a build a change practice that simplifies the journey to Cloud-enabled workforce while increasing the pace of key stakeholder engagement and reducing the cost of end users adoption.Right now, you get the chance to be at the forefront of building the Change Navigation team, the methodology, the assets and customer base. We are looking for talented, energetic, individuals with a knack for designing solutions, building customer relationships, solving problems and engaging with social media.**Responsibilities include:**+ Your primary responsibilities will align with our own organizational transformation: Delivery Excellence, Customer Experience and Developing Top Talent+ Plan, develop and execute the Change Navigation deliverables such as the Change Navigation Strategy, Communication Plan, End User Enablement Plan and Change Connector+ Exceed customer expectations by developing and delivering outstanding communications, presentations, analysis, creative thinking and solutions.+ Contribute to knowledge sharing, team development, team morale and coaching+ Contribute to our methodology and IP to continually improve our capabilities+ Create new Change Navigation innovations**A Day in the Life****Plan:** Consultants will assist in developing the overall Change Navigation strategy, communication plan, training plan and transition plans for their projects. Consultants who demonstrate proficiency in developing the strategy and planning deliverables will be given the opportunity to lead this work with senior management oversight.**Analyze:** Consultants will assist in analyzing the effectiveness of the change effort at key milestones leading up to the implementation date. They will present the results to client leadership and assist with making recommendations to improve understanding and buy-in of the anticipated changes.**Execute:** Consultants will execute the change strategy by leading the developing of the change impact assessments, execute the communication plan by writing the content and coordinating with Oracle University on the end user enablement solutions. Consultants will be viewed as trusted advisors by our customers by delivering excellence, clearly communicating the methodology, action items and recommendations and exceeding customer expectations.**Build the practice:** Consultants will help build the Change Navigation practice by contributing to methodology, assets, knowledge sharing and developing talent. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.
