System Engineer / Integrator (Expert)

Leidos is seeking a Systems Engineer/Integrator for a 150+ FTE technical development program supporting the Sponsor’s Entitlement Programs as well as IdAM /ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management. This position is located around the Reston, VA area and requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph in order to be considered.

The position is Customer Facing and supports the planning, organizing, development and delivery of capabilities for the Sponsor’s mission. The position is also responsible for leading the analysis of transition planning, intelligence information requirements, and developing architecture baselines. Duties may include leading research and assistance with implementation of Sponsor policies and guidance. Employees may also lead business process improvements or systems analysis for missions, systems, and fiscal requirements.

The Systems Integrator will:

• Build outs, testing, maintenance, and monitoring of systems

• Ensure designs are compatible with the architecture and allocated requirements to segments

• Address user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate and improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations

• Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, cost estimation, requirements allocation, and interfaced definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications

• Identify system integrity issues and solutions for the full system life cycles from concept to disposal

• Integrate systems and services

• Summarize and communicate results

• Support the development, documentation, and execution of system policies

Mandatory Skills:

• Posses in-depth knowledge of Lean Agile practices

• Requires BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.

• Must have experience with IdAM / ICAM delivery systems, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes, Entitlement Management and Digital Policy Management

• Must have experience with security accreditation process

• Must have experience with the Cloud / Amazon Web Services

• Must have experience with security accreditation process

• Must have experience in customer facing roles

Desired Skills:

• Experience with the Sponsor’s entitlement management programs

• Security +, ITIL, Amazon Web Services Certificate

• May possess a Doctorate in technical domain
