Responsibilities

The Quality Management team in Enterprise Technology is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team! The Quality Management product intends to utilize machine learning and assistive intelligence as key components of the solutions to transform quality management for State Farm contact centers. The result would be increased operational efficiency and improved representative performance which leads to an overall enhanced customer experience. The team is utilizing AWS Connect and other cloud services to build this functionality.

As a Data Analyst in this role you will get to:

  • Position data and perform data analysis for use in building machine learning models that will provide insights into representative performance and coaching opportunities.
  • Interface with the development team that is sourcing the data for the models and exposing the insights through a custom user interface.

Qualifications

Highly desired skills:
  • Knowledge of multiple programming tools & languages (R, Python, Scala, PHP, NoSQL)
  • Data analysis and wrangling
  • Machine learning/machine learning models

Additional skills:
  • Data modeling
  • Data visualization
  • AWS cloud platform experience
  • Statistical & quantitative analysis
