"**Director, Data Management Partner Product Management****Preferred Qualifications****Job description:** As a Director (IC-5) of Data Management Partner PM, you are responsible for definition and execution channel/partner strategy and drive revenue and consumption growth for Oracle Data Management products and cloud services. You will work with A&C team globally to define and execute partner programs aligned to Oracles go-to-market strategy in this area which accelerate data management revenue and consumption. Oracle Data Management Solutions are utilize on premise, hybrid cloud, and public cloud versions of Oracle Database (traditional and autonomous), Data Warehouse, Big Data, Data Integration, Governance, AL/ML and other cloud / SaaS technologies.**Goals and objectives:**+ Drive growth in database cloud services consumption increase repeatable partner solutions and customer implementation successes and references.**Responsibilities**+ Work closely with the Oracle partner facing organizations to define and launch partner programs, drive their awareness, enablement and adoption leading to greater revenue growth and consumption+ Leverage Oracle partner organizations to recruit key partners in Data Management area.+ Work with product teams to ensure products and programs incorporate requirements from partner community+ Leverage partner marketing and engage with partner communities to ensure awareness of partner solutions in Oracle go-to-market activities.**Location where role can be based:** EMEA**Professional qualifications and skills:**+ A minimum of 6 years channel management experience in enterprise software, cloud services, and/or system integration organizations.+ Strong technology background with an in-depth understanding of the data management software and cloud services marketplace.+ Proven track record (5 years at a senior level) of conceptualizing products and solutions, delivering high-value data analysis, setting strategy for both programs and partners, and executing on global programs.+ Prior experience managing large technology projects in data management, cloud services, enterprise software, technology consulting, or a high-performing corporate ICT department.+ Prior experience creating and managing a Global Program Management Office with multiple programs and a minimum of 5 senior projects running concurrently.**Educational background and competence:**+ MBA or equivalent with strong general business acumen+ An undergrad degree in technology and engineering preferred+ Proven program management skills with attendant certifications including PMP, PMBok, Prince 2, ITIL, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Lean Certification, etc. or industry+ Autonomous and Self Directed: Ability to adapt to change, manage ambiguity, handle multiple independent workstreams and prioritize to meet tight deadlines with little or no outside input.+ Very strong interpersonal and communication skills applicable to the different work cultures of EMEA (or EMEA/APAC, globally, etc.)+ eam player / leader experienced managing and influencing multi-cultural and virtual teams across multiple rime zones and geographies.+ Strong knowledge and interest in data management technology trends, their impact on business strategy, and their implications for senior managers creating and sustaining competitive advantage and transforming business processes+ Industry recognized ability to effectively and credibly represent a product development organization to Fortune 500 executives, GSI CISOs / CTOs, channel sales leaders, and similar senior / executive leaders who drive functional decision making of data management technology purchasing, product development, and cloud-based solutions / SaaS launches.**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes.
