The Leidos Defense Group has an opening for Program Administrator to work in the NIWC-PAC customer facility in San Diego to facilitate delivery of secure software tools to the Department of the Navy warfighters in the fleet production environments.

The responsibilities for this position include supporting the Program Manager with planning, deliverable generation, performance measure tracking, team training and certification tracking, and other administrative duties. The program team supports the Navy in a DevSecOps environment within an Agile and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery model.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Daily duties include supporting project planning using Microsoft Office products.

  • Drafting deliverables including white papers and briefings.

  • Supporting development and tracking of program performance measures.

  • Supporting development and tracking of team training and certifications.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • High School Diploma and 5 or more years experience with Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • 5 or more years experience supporting program execution.

  • Must obtain a CSWF II Linux certification after start date.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Strong planning, administrative, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to support program execution in a classified environment at NIWC-PAC.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Knowledge of Agile management and CM tools such as Jira, Jama, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

  • Experience supporting a software integration program.

  • CSWF II Linux certification.

Clearance Required:

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $60,450.00 - $93,000.00 - $125,550.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
