Role Overview

We are looking for a Governance Administrator to join us.

Team Leidos, led by Leidos Europe Ltd, is honoured to support the UK MOD’s Logistic Commodities & Services Transformation (LCS[T]) programme, a critical effort to enhance and improve the UK’s defence supply chain -providing essential services such as storage and distribution for the MOD's materiel, including a global freight service and procurement and inventory management of food, packed fuels, clothing, medical materiel and general supplies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Management of the Governance Calendar and Mailbox to ensure schedules optimised
  • Organising and co-ordinating weekly, monthly and quarterly Senior Leadership, Partner and Customer meetings
  • Co-ordination and production of the material to support Senior Leadership, Partner and Customer meetings
  • Recording and monitoring actions from Senior Leadership, Partner and Customer meetings
  • Tracking, developing and reporting key deliverables in accordance with the Governance Calendar
  • Providing adhoc support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership team
  • Provide oversight and direction to Reception and Facilities staff

Skills Required :

  • Previous administration experience, ideally in a senior level environment
  • Strong planning skills
  • Advanced experience in using Microsoft Office (including ability to produce high quality presentations)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines, prioritising in a demanding environment
  • A friendly, flexible and positive approach
  • Ability to liaise effectively with senior management
  • HND Business Administration is desirable or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
