If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Technology Support Services (TSS) leader's major responsibility includes; drive sales and growth via developing high-performing team, improve engagement and performance management, drive overall profit and loss for the business unit, which brings maximum profit and minimum cost, and achieve top customer satisfaction. TSS Leaders prime focus will be driving new sales and opportunities to TSS, in an area of Multivendor support services, Open source SW support and OEM HW support.TSS provide services- sales and delivery on both IBM logo products and Other Equipment Manufacturer products, both HW and SW. The TSS leader must engage in complex TSS sales cases as well as support in difficult customer services incidents, and maintain in-depth knowledge of TSS offerings, delivery capabilities, pricing delegations and execute on TSS strategies and plans. The position requires client facing activities, cooperation with TSS Business Partners, and IBM internal cooperation both local in the country and at IMT/IOT level.
