Job Description:

Leidos currently has an opening for an experienced Contracts Manager to support our Arlington VA office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your skills & experience supporting the Leidos Innovation Center (LInC) operations within the Dynetics Group. The selected candidate will report to the Contracts Director and support all contract management activities for a diverse portfolio of contracts.

Individual contributor role. Position is based in Arlington, Virginia.

Active TS/SCI/Poly is required. Prior experience working in a classified environment is required.

Due to the nature of the position, onsite presence at the Leidos Arlington VA office is required. Limited telecommute potential.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide the oversight and evaluation of major proposals, monitoring major contracts, be a critical asset in key negotiations, resolve performance issues, identify risks & propose mitigation strategies, ensure compliance with Leidos policies, excellent communications across multiple areas within Leidos, and developing & maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Candidate must be self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision. Consummate team player, routinely interacting with programs, contracts, finance, project control, and responsiveness to customer requirements critical.

Basic Qualifications

BA degree + 8-12 yrs relevant experience; or Masters degree + 6-10 yrs relevant experience.

TS/SCI/Poly. Must possess active TS/SCI/Poly.

This position is based in Arlington, VA. Remote candidates need not apply.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with the IC community is preferred. Strong knowledge of IC Acquisitions and Regulations preferred.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $84,500.00 - $130,000.00 - $175,500.00
