What you’ll be doing...

As part of the Product Security team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the team's workload process which includes, but is not limited to:

  • Architecting a workload process and flow.
  • Developing and supporting tooling and automation to support the process.
  • Working with tools/platforms like Google, Jira, SmartSheets, Looker, and Apigee.
  • Working with stakeholders to understand the business needs.
  • Understanding the Product Security team's project process and how it fits into the product development organization.
  • Identifying and implementing process simplification and improvement opportunities.
  • Adapting to a fast paced and constantly evolving organization.

Where you’ll be working:

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Six or more years of experience in Google Apps Script and the Google Workspace ecosystem.
  • Six or more years of web development experience (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, frameworks, etc..).
  • Six or more years of programming/development experience, including concepts like APIs.
  • Experience in process automation/simplification.
  • Six or more years of experience with Atlassian tools -- Jira and Confluence -- development, including their APIs and add-ons like ScriptRunner.
  • Five or more years of experience with Apigee.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Strong experience with CyberSecurity concepts and methodologies such as NIST, AppSec, Threat Modeling, etc.
  • Additional development languages like Python, Perl, Bash.
  • Strong experience creating diagrams and flow charts in tools like Microsoft Visio, Draw.IO and LucidCharts.
  • Experience creating presentations for varying levels management including leadership.
  • Fiveor more years or experience in ETL, data manipulation and reporting.
  • Exposure and understanding of product driven organizations.
