Job Description:

Leidos has an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Help Desk Technician to work independently with minimal supervision leading the help desk team for the Infrastructure and Deactivation & Remediation contractors at the Paducah site as well as the DOE site office.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support to individuals regarding IT issues when possible and escalate the issue in other instances.

  • Troubleshoot customer-reported issues.

  • Image, move, and install PCs.

  • Manage print queues and provide support for printers and copiers.

  • Active directory management of users and security groups.

Qualifications:

  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of prior relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated success improving, optimizing, standardizing, and streamlining customer support processes.

  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products, Adobe Acrobat, Windows 10 and 7 operating systems, and Windows server operating systems.

  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.

  • Demonstrated experience and proven success working in a multi-tiered team environment.

Requires the ability to qualify for a DOE Q or DOE L security clearance.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $33,150.00 - $51,000.00 - $68,850.00
