Leidos is seeking experienced Portfolio Analysis & Integration personnel for our client’s operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Virginia and Maryland area. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the intelligence community and directly contribute to management and analysis of IT investments. Ensures portfolio activities are integrated across the enterprise

Primary Responsibilities: Portfolio Analysis & Integration

• Monitoring, forecasting, evaluating, and assessing programmatic trends and relationships.

• Developing and maintaining project plans and schedules.

• Developing integration and transition plans.

• Developing performance goals and key milestones.

• Developing schedules and monthly progress updates.

• Translating requirements into solutions that work within the system architecture.

• Developing program assessment processes and methodologies.

• Tracking, reporting key progress on, and analyzing cost, schedule, risk, and performance.

• Providing recommendations to improve integration and interoperability.

Basic Qualifications:

• TS/SCI with Poly

• Experience in Portfolio Analysis & Integration, position level based on experience in the technical area.

• BA degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience. Final level will be determined upon the skills, education, and experience of selected candidate.​

Journeyman (P3)

• Min 4 Years work experience related to the technical requirement
• Min 1 year working with or in the IC

Senior (P4)

• Min 8 Years work experience related to the technical requirement
• Min 3 year working with or in the IC

SME (P5)

• Min 12 Years work experience related to the technical requirement
• Min 5 year working with or in the IC
