We are seeking a passionate, results-oriented, proven individual with experience in the innovation and management of global partner programs. This is a highly visible role across the organization and is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the growth and success of our customers, our partner ecosystem, and Oracle.The successful candidate must have proven experience and success in working collaboratively across executive management, field sales organization, product development, and business practice. They will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities. Additionally, they will have superb communication and project management skills, communicate progress and results both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way.The ideal candidate will possess an extensive background working with cloud technology partnerships and partner programs, program/project management, understanding of Service Integrators (SI), ISVs, along with strong business development, strategic alliances, and entrepreneurial skills. He/she should have a self-starter, with demonstrated ability to think strategically about new business models, solution selling, and technical challenges to help build and convey compelling value propositions for Oracle customers with our partners. The candidate should also have a proven track record of influencing innovation through a partner ecosystem with a prior solution and program successes.**Key Responsibilities:**+ Own programmatic elements of Oracle PartnerNetwork working horizontally and vertically with various LOBs/development organizations+ Build and analyze valuable benefit packages for members of OPN+ Drive awareness of new or updated program information for internal partner facing teams and OPN Partner ecosystem through established vehicles+ Engage OPN program members directly to gain insight on the user experience of the program+ Evaluate effectiveness and propose adjustments to programs to improve performance and ensure objectives are met+ Promote online Oracle partner communities to drive recruitment and market adoption+ Analyze adoption rates and recommend enhancements on a continual basis+ Maintain a positive, proactive attitude, always exercise great judgment and demonstrate the ability to initiate new programs and obtain senior management buy-in and support.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**+ Bachelors Degree Required. MBA or another advanced college degree preferred+ 7-10 years in program development for a global technology company, e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Salesforce, Google, or Oracle. Experience managing complex multi-constituent and stakeholders projects a key priority for the role+ In-depth knowledge of the cloud computing industry+ Experience and success in managing large and complex global partner ecosystems with a proven understanding of the various business models+ Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences+ Clear track record of delivering programs that accelerate sales revenue and customer success.+ Proven ability to partner with a wide variety of senior-level individuals including top-level business leaders and customers.+ Strong business acumen, and experience with large, complex organizations during periods of rapid growth and change.+ Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a high level of energy.+ Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros).+ Willing to travel domestically and internationally to meet with customers, partners, as needed.**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Engages in business development strategies and programs in support of Oracle's Sales Organization.Oversees the development of strategic market/product line business plans and marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments. Engages in many areas of business development to include strategy, programs, demand generation, building pipeline, increasing deal size, and account planning. Analyzes market data to identify trends/opportunities and develops strategic direction from market information. Identifies volume and strategic customers. Primary interaction is with Oracle sales force; however, may interact with external customers as it relates to the development and facilitation of ongoing business and/or business relationship. Supports the business by interfacing with the sales organization and other internal groups (such as Product Development, Operations, GBUs, Marketing, etc.)Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. 12 years of Marketing/Business Development experience in the technology industry, preferably software industry. Experience should include relationship management. Conversant in Oracle technology and product strategies. Ability to determine strategy and tactical plans that deliver tangible results.
