Leads the technology used to design, develop, and deploy virtual learning solutions for the Talent Management COE.

This position works collaboratively with the Learning Design and Development and Enterprise Talent Management leaders to build virtual learning solution that provide employees with a simple and effective blended learning experience.

This job may be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States, except that this job may not be filled or performed in Colorado.

What you will do:

  • Leads and maintains implementation of virtual learning programs, solutions, and platforms.
  • Social Learning
  • Enterprise-wide, on-demand virtual learning library
  • Globally accessible and relevant on-demand virtual learning
  • Maintain and enhance Let’s Chat / Development Portal
  • Assess, develop, and implement technology driven solutions
  • Measure the effectiveness of virtual learning solutions.
  • Manage virtual learning partner selection and evaluation (i.e. LinkedIn Learning)
  • Coordinates virtual learning authoring (Articulate, RISE) tools and community of users
  • Partner with Talent Management Learning Design and Development team to improve Stryker’s developmental offering / roadmap, online platform and content based on stakeholder feedback
  • Manage relationships with Subject Matter Experts, Divisional / Business partners, and external vendor partners.
  • Provide expert advice and analytics on system usage

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years of work experience
  • 2+ years’ experience with digital platforms
  • Experience with learning authoring / platforms strongly preferred – Articulate, Microsoft SharePoint / Teams, Survey Gizmo, PowerBI, Alchemer
  • Experience with leadership development tools, programs, and processes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of talent management principles, including needs analysis, adult learning, program design and delivery, and evaluation.
