In this position,you will work closely with the product management team, business stakeholders, and support to drive the development and maintenance of our US Payroll solution. This role will be responsible for the statutory compliance of the Oracle NetSuite Payroll solution for the United States of America and, as a result, you will need to be familiar with existing U.S payroll legislation and how to effectively research and write requirements for ongoing Federal, State and local jurisdictional updates.This role will primarily report into the Oracle HCM Cloud Development, Payroll & Localization team however will also have a dotted line reporting structure to the Oracle NetSuite HCM Product Management organization.*_Department Description:_**Oracle HCM Cloud Development, Payroll & Localization*: Our team of highly skilled global analysts constantly monitor legislative changes and Oracle delivers these updates to the Oracle HCM Cloud Global Payroll product and supported country extensions.
