Advertisers leverage Oracle advertising insights to optimize their media spend. We are currently looking for a technology focused product manager to work alongside our engineering teams to help build this suite of insights products.In this role, you will partner with a customer focused product manager to drive clarity on what is most important to build for our customers, facilitate real relationships with your stakeholders, and develop the type of product culture within your teams that enables effective decision making and world class execution.**Job Description:**+ Act as a Product Owner in an Agile development process, working with customers/stakeholders to ensure delivery of product features and gather feedback into our Agile processes+ Own, define and prioritize product backlog for your assigned team and write user stories and their acceptance criteria+ Work with engineering teams to establish success metrics+ Work with engineering team to define and articulate tech-first features to improve the product engaging the team in strategy and explaining the value of technical features to a business audience+ Develop a deep understanding of the team and codebase with which you work and articulation/explanation of capabilities/limitations outside the group+ Deeply understand the needs of current and target customers through quantitative and qualitative customer research; Work with User Experience and Product Managers to elaborate customer needs into stories+ Proactively conceive, document and drive the creation of new features. Create use cases and detailed product requirements that clearly articulate desired product functionality+ Perform risk identification and mitigation planning+ Passionately represent the voice of our diverse customers to internal teams+ Communicate the Product Vision to the Engineering Teams+ Provide input on areas which ensure the financial success of your product areas+ Attend Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog refinement, Team Retrospectives and Sprint Reviews+ Ensure quality of output is maintained+ Communicates Sprint and Epic delivery updates to Product team and writes Release Notes**Preferred Qualifications:**+ 5 years Experience as a product owner, developer, QA lead or scrum master within agile / SCRUM+ Knowledge and experience of Front End development and User Experience, API development and use, enterprise software and Web Services architectures+ Experience with Scrum, Lean and other agile practices and methodologies+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills**The perfect candidate will have:**+ Ability to prioritize and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong, talented, and opinionated team+ Proven experience creating and driving the right mechanisms for success+ Experience driving a global product and team with end-to-end inbound and outbound product responsibilities.+ Demonstrated ability to formulate data driven decisions that lead to results+ Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects+ Proven experience in the field of data analytics, data science, and customer-focused tools and interfaces**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
