Team members possess a diverse background from technology vendors, customers and Management Consulting firms with knowledge of technical, functional and information architectures, leveraging this credibility as trusted advisors with customers, partners and internally across Oracle.The ideal candidate will be able to work with many internal CX teams, understand their tools usage, architecture, deployment etc, and connect them together to develop more insights,intelligence and predictive view. Good knowledge with APEX and Java/JS is mandatory.**Key Requirements: APEX / Java Developers**+ We are looking for full stack developers with hands-on experience of coding, debugging, deploying, monitoring, proactive alert analysis, performance tuning and automation skills in full stack software development+ Java, Spring, Microservices, HTML5, JS, PHP, XML, Web Services, Service Oriented Architecture.+ **Exposure to APEX, Cloud Applications Development, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Applications deployment, monitoring, CI/CD process & K8S, Docker.**+ Full stack developers are preferable with exposure to cloud applications development+ Experience in Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and OCI is a plus+ Hands-on experience in applications development, upgrades, working with APIs+ Hands-on experience in web applications architectures, designs, core algorithms hands-on implementation experience, hands-on optimization experience and code reviews with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.+ Self-Starter with experience in gathering requirements from cross line of business organizations, consolidating data, and building user friendly applications (in APEX) to be accessed by the lines of businesses+ Exposure to APEX, Cloud Applications Development, Applications deployment, monitoring, CI/CD process & K8S, Docker.+ Experience, proficiency with vanilla/native Java & JavaScript, Ajax & HTML5Self-Starter, Out-of-the-box thinker with experience in gathering requirements from cross line of business organizations, consolidating data, and building user friendly applications (in APEX) to be accessed by the lines of businesses.+ Full stack developers are preferable with exposure to cloud applications development+ Strong SQL/MySQL/Database skills+ Exposure to SOAP/REST/VXML+ Exposure to various APIs, developing single-page HTML5 applications & high load web applications+ Industry Experience with large scale enterprise software products (preferably SaaS/On-Demand)+ Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.+ Proactive, Strong Result orientation (propose solutions based on product capabilities) and Creativity.+ Good verbal and written communication skills (Advanced English)+ Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy including build vs. buy business case. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Establish and manage relationships with SW alliance partners and assures technical support. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on company priorities.Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. Gaining competence in own area and acquiring a higher level understanding of role, processes and procedures.
