The successful candidate will play a key technical product manager role working on security, performance, scalability & reliability initiatives for Oracle Unity. The candidate will continuesly focus on ideation, deliver proof of concepts, demonstrate the value to leadership team for decision making.**Primary responsibilities include:**+ Ownership of roadmap for security, performance, scalability, reliability & regulatory compliance initiatives.+ Be the owner of solutions, products, and capabilities end to end.+ Work with customers to evaluate and improve service operational maturity.+ Participate in product performance benchmarking activities+ Support internal teams by leading the development and maintenance of various technical collateral including application notes, FAQs, product notes, user guides, and system requirements.+ Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.**Skills and qualifications**+ BS/MS/PhD in computer science or equivalent work experience+ 7 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing a portfolio of enterprise products.+ Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.+ Experience with Cloud platforms and technologies.+ Hands-on experience translating business requirements into low-level technical requirements and articulating these to development and infrastructure teams.+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills+ Experience in Systems Architecture, or Technology Strategy.+ Experience with big data platforms or marketing orchestration platforms is a PLUS+ Direct experience with any of these concepts is a big PLUS HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, ISO 270001, SAML, OAUTH, SSO, RBAC/ABAC, IAM**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes.
