Leidos is seeking a Senior-Level Analyst to support an IC program in Reston, VA. This individual will assist with a variety of complex tasks regarding continuity policy, procedures, plans, training, and large-scale exercises.

Primary Responsibilities:

Interact and coordinate with internal and external agencies to support government contractual requirements. Develop and conduct complex large-scale exercises and training in support of exercise development and execution. Facilitate large meetings during all aspects of exercise development, conduct, evaluation, and after-action completion.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years experience as an analyst with 5 of those years being specific to continuity planning. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience with National Level Exercise (e.g., NLE, Eagle Horizon) development, planning, and implementation

  • Knowledge of federal continuity program roles, responsibilities, plans, procedures, policies, and concepts

  • Knowledge of IC agencies and ODNI components missions and relationships

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • TS/SCI w/CI Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Adobe Connect and SharePoint

Associate Business Continuity Practitioner (ABCP)

FEMA Professional Continuity Practitioner (PCP) Level 1

Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP)

Pay Range:

Pay Range $81,900.00 - $126,000.00 - $170,100.00
