"Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Our mission is to elevate North America Cloud and Tech (NACT) Sales, Engineering and Consulting teams by enhancing tools & processes, and providing support, training and governance.In this role you will partner with and assist various teams in enabling and optimizing sales tools and processes and lead new innovations that enable Oracles Cloud business to grow.*Detailed Description and Job Requirements:** Responsible for technology and process enablement within Oracles NACT organization.* Will create enablement content and host virtual hands-on training session to various sales teams with emphisis on efficent tool usage and job specific use cases.* Will collaborate with NACT Sales Ops Talent & Professional Development team on content and logistics training and enablement efforts.* Will assist in conducting surveys, collecting feedback and preparing reports on the effectiveness of training.* Will collaborate with GSO Deployment Team and identify opportunities to leverage enablement materials, raise awareness on potential gaps and provide feedback.* Will assist in tool/app deployment (testing, validation, etc) and understand Global deployment plans and schedules (whats changing, new introductions, timelines, etc) and raises awareness on upcoming changes, assist in communications and enablement, and potential impacts / risks.* Will work directly with our customers (BDCs, Sales, PreSales, Cloud Engineering, etc) capturing tool issues / challenges, generate reports on issues for feedback and propose potential solution and enablement opportunities. Additionally this role may lead / assist in support escalations when required.* Engages in business development strategies and programs in support of Oracle's NACT Sales Organization.* Be recognized as subject matter expert on various presales, sales, cloud engineering, quoting tools and processes.
